Dossche LTD presents the unique food production program in Poland, relying on supervision the whole production process of consumable eggs with JajoVITA® mark on them, starting from production of NioskaVITA® fodder, in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, to constant monitoring of laying hens' breeding and feeding.

NioskaVITA® fodder meets the following requirements:
- specially prepared loose fodder for hens of vegetable constitution only
- fodder is enriched with microelements and vitamins
- the amount of unsaturated fatty acid has been increased
- the eggs produced on the basis of feeding hens with NioskaVITA® fodder, contain less cholesterol
- each egg is labelled with "jajovita" name
- consumable eggs are produced on the best farms
- placing eggs on the special shelves in supermarkets
- sales promotions during the beginning phase of eggs selling
- visual advertisements (leaflets, posters, advertising gadgets, packaging)
- offers, which have been sent to food and consumer organisations
- the fodder during transport and distribution into feeders does not get stratified, thanks to which all poultry sorbs the same amounts of macro and micro ingredients of the mix

Low content of dusty fraction in the fodder, influences positively purity of air in a poultry-house and its microclimate, thus improving poultry's health state.
NioskaVITA® fodders are pro-ecological products. Thanks to the unique formula, careful selection of raw materials, technical parameters of laying hens' flocks improve greatly in relation to the flocks that are fed with a standard fodder. The health state of these flocks improves as well.
Raw material composition
NioskaVITA® fodders are produced in fodder production plants of the highest technological standard. The whole production process is monitored by computer-based system, which guarantees reliability and precision of all technological processes from the moment of receiving raw materials to the moment when final product leaves the production plant.
Each of Dossche LTD production plants has their own chemical laboratories monitoring raw materials and final products.
In these production plants ISO 9001:2000 quality standard has been implemented and certified.
Fodder is delivered to our customers in hi-tech fodder wagons and, if a client makes a request, fodder may be packaged and delivered in 25 and 50kg sacks on UV and weather resistant EURO pallets.

Consumable eggs JajoVITA®
Consumable eggs JajoVITA® meet the following requirements: eggs which are sold in the program are labelled JajoVITA® on the packaging.
As a result of conducted experiments on the hens' flocks confirmed by experiments conducted by Animal Husbandry Institute in Balice n/Cracow, it has been stated that feeding hens with NioskaVITA® fodder produced by Dossche LTD results in the reduction of the total content of cholesterol in a hen's egg yolk, the reduction especially in its LDL fraction, i.e. "BAD CHOLESTEROL"
On the basis of the obtained results, the following conclusions may be drawn:
- The researched experimental mixes 2 and 3, and especially the mix No. 1108 NioskaVITA®, cover the production needs of egg-laying hens kept for the intense raising in cages as well as on bedding.
- Their advantage is a required influence on the improvement of intensiveness of an egg's yolk colour with simultaneous reduction in the general level of cholesterol (mainly in its low-density, lipoprotein, harmful for consumers' health - LDL fraction) in it. Due to the fact that experimental mixes No. 2 and 3 do not contain components of animal origin, i.e. meat bone meal, animal fats, antibiotic growth stimulants and synthetic dyes - hens that are fed with these fodders lay eggs, which meet the requirements of so-called ecological products (eco-eggs).
- High intensiveness of an egg's yolk colour as well as low level of cholesterol in the egg's yolk, resulting from feeding with the researched mixes, and in accordance with consumers' requests, qualify NioskaVITA® mix to production of so-called "branded" eggs, for which there is an increasing demand on the market.

The target clients
The target clients that may be interested in this feeding programme in the first place are the breeders who deliver eggs to supermarkets, trade networks and whole foods shops. But the breeder's personal conviction to production of safe food is sine qua non of his producing eco-food. Distinctive features of the eggs produced on the selected farms are: chemical composition, freshness as well as the packaging labelled with the name JajoVita®.

The promotion
The promotion aimed at the consumers of eggs will be carried out through: it is possible to support the promotional campaign in the form of competition for consumers.
Characteristic features of complete mixed food for laying hens NioskaVita®1 and NioskaVita®2.
NioskaVita® 1 and NioskaVita® 2 fodders are the products meant for laying hens for the whole production period. Fodders' nutrition and the usage periods are available at the producer's.
Physical form of fodders
It has a dual meaning fodders are produced in a loose form. Cereal raw materials used in production are crashed not grinded. Thanks to that, the fodders' structure and their appearance are attractive for hens and preferred by them. It also means that the products are characterized by the minimal content of dusty fraction.
Cholesterol
Cholesterol is a fatty substance present in an organism naturally. It may be synthesized in the liver (organism cholesterol) or supplied with food (food cholesterol). Production of organism cholesterol is closely subjected to the amount of food cholesterol and the consumed energy. Cholesterol is essential for the production of hormones and other organism processes. The excessive amount of cholesterol leads to arteriosclerosis and is one of the main risk factors for developing ischemic heart disease.
Fortunately, the increased level of cholesterol in the blood does not equal with arteriosclerosis. Cholesterol consists of two fractions:
- HDL, known as "good cholesterol", which lowers blood cholesterol level, its excess is removed from arteries and transported back to the liver, from where it is excreted from an organism, thus preventing arteriosclerosis.
- HDL, known as "good cholesterol", which lowers blood cholesterol level, its excess is removed from arteries and transported back to the liver, from where it is excreted from an organism, thus preventing arteriosclerosis.
Therefore, the higher HDL level and the lower LDL level are, the healthier the arteries are. The amount of each of these two fractions in an organism depends on a diet to a great extent. That is why, the people who have low HDL levels, experience heart attacks more often. It is worth highlighting that high blood cholesterol levels are caused by high density of "bad cholesterol" LDL. In every research, it has been proved that the drop in density of cholesterol caused by adequately selected diet, resulted in lowering heart attack risk and stopped the development of arteriosclerosis, and its partial regress even. As a result of conducted experiments on hens' flocks, confirmed by the experiments conducted by Animal Husbandry Institute in Balice n/Cracow, it has been stated that feeding hens with NioskaVITA® fodder produced by Dossche LTD, causes the reduction in the total content of cholesterol in a hen's egg yolk, the reduction especially in its LDL fraction, i.e. "BAD CHOLESTEROL".
In the light of these researches, it needs to be stated that consuming eggs layed by the hens, which had been fed with NioskaVITA® fodders, contributes to the reduction in the risk of having a heart attack or developing ischemic heart disease.
LDL, known as "bad cholesterol", which increases blood cholesterol level and is being removed from a liver into tissues, may damage vessels.
